3. A corporation is hereby constituted to be called the Institute for Environmental Monitoring and Research consisting of a Board of Directors that is composed of a Chair, and up to fourteen other members. Five (5) are non-voting ex-officio members representing federal and provincial government agencies. The remaining Board membership is comprised of voting members representing aboriginal, community and regional groups from the affected area.

Terms and Conditions

4. The Institute will continue to function and to receive federal funding so long as the training indicated in the Charter is conducted in Goose Bay and the Ministers remain satisfied that the Institute is capably fulfilling its mandate.
