The Goose Bay Office is the primary focus within the Directorate Air Contracted Force Generation for the management of the foreign military training program in Goose Bay. Reporting to the Assistant Chief of the Air Staff at Defence Headquarters in Ottawa, it is also responsible for the associated environmental mitigation measures, international and intergovernmental arrangements, as well as aboriginal, socio-economic and marketing aspects related this training.

The Goose Bay Office works closely with personnel from 5 Wing Goose Bay, which is also represented on the Board of Directors, and whose responsibility is to provide the direct support and services required to conduct the training program.
