Board of Directors



The Board of Directors is comprised of nine voting seats and five non-voting seats. The voting members of the Board represent the following organizations:

• Inuit of Nunavik / Naskapi Nation of Kawawachikamach (Rotational members) 
• MRC (Quebec)
• Town of Churchill Falls 
• Town of Happy Valley - Goose Bay 
• Mamit Innuat 

The non-voting members represent the following organizations:   

• 5 Wing Goose Bay 
• Environment Canada 
• Government of Newfoundland and Labrador 
• Government of Québec
• Directorate Air Contracted Force Generation/
